Day 1 Toronto
After a short flight across the Atlantic, touch down in the exciting city of Toronto, where there is always plenty to see and do, day or night. Transfer into the city using the new Union Pearson Express, a dedicated air-rail link that speeds travellers from Toronto International airport to Union Station in the heart of Downtown Toronto. Spend the rest of the day exploring.
Day 2 Toronto
Feel your adrenalin rush as you experience the Edge Walk at the CN Tower. Step out onto the roof of the CN Tower’s restaurant, 356 metres or 1,168 feet above the ground, and take a walk outside, around the circumference of the roof!! The views are amazing but do you dare to look down or to lean over the edge backwards?? With your feet firmly back on the ground, spend more time exploring this fabulous city. The Aquarium situated at the foot of the CN Tower is well worth a visit or if you fancy a little shopping head to the Eaton centre, with over 250 shops and restaurants it is the city’s premier shopping location.
Day 3 Toronto
There are many ways to see some of the sights of Toronto, hop on/hop off bus or by bicycle but we prefer something a little more modern (and fun), time for your segway tour. Head off to one of the most up and coming areas of Toronto, the historic distillery district neighbourhood, which is made up of the largest collection of industrial Victorian buildings in Canada, providing a home to many unique shops, galleries, cafés, and restaurants. After a few minutes training, you will start to easily glide through the district on the guided historical tour of the area. After your tour spend some further time investigating the many shops that make up this fascinating neighbourhood.
Day 4 Toronto – Niagara Falls
After collecting your car, leave Toronto behind and journey around Lake Ontario to the world famous Niagara Falls. After checking into your chosen hotel, there are many ways for you to see the falls up close. The walk way along the Niagara escarpment takes you right to the head of the falls as they thunder over the rocky edge, the Hornblower cruise boats will take you to the base of the falls and you can even go behind the falls. This is a heart thumping holiday so we have included the brand new Mistrider Zipline to the falls. Four high speed, side-by-side ziplines descend into the Niagara gorge giving you picture perfect views of both the American and Horseshoe falls. Spend the evening in one of the many themed restaurants that you will find in the resort.
Day 5 Niagara Falls
We are heading up, up and away for your helicopter flight across Niagara Falls. The helicopter flight will allow you to experience a breathtaking view of Niagara Falls and the surrounding region. The flight is an exciting combination of magnificent scenery and the thrill of the helicopter ride. The helicopters route will take you over the Niagara river, whirlpool rapids, Rainbow bridge, Niagara Falls, the American Falls and of course the Horseshoe Falls. This flight is designated a Canada Signature experience and not to be missed. Following your once in a life time flight, head back into Niagara Falls to enjoy more of the resort.
Day 6 Niagara Falls – Niagara-on-the-Lake
Today is a day of two halves, from the tranquillity of Niagara-on-the-Lake to the wild ride of your Niagara River Jetboat experience. The excitement begins as the powerful jetboat speeds upriver for a unique 29 kilometre ride into the breathtaking 50 metre high, stone walled canyon of the Niagara gorge. Hang on tight as the as the boat splashes through the whitewater of the Devils hole rapids and onto the crazy whirlpool rapids, just a few kilometres from the Horseshoe falls. The boats have an open deck, to give that full on white water experience, so you will get wet. After catching your breath, and drying off a bit, you could head into the very British town of Niagara-on-Lake for a slightly slower pace of life or head to one of the many winery’s in the area that will give you a guided grape to table tour of the vineyard.
Day 7-9 Niagara Falls – Blue Mountain
Your journey around some of Ontario’s adrenalin hotspots continues as you head North to the mountain resort of Blue Mountain. Considered a 4 season resort, whenever you visit you will find a huge selection of activities all wrapped up in this one exceptional village. As there is so much to do we have included the Blue Mountain active pack, which provides you with tokens that can be exchanged for a whole host of activities and rental options, including climbing walls, gondola rides, the Ridge Runner mountain coaster, kayaks, paddles boards and much more, you really can create your own mountain adventure. In addition you will receive exclusive discounts on the high ropes course. The village is fully pedestrianised, so once you have worked up an appetite you can wander around the 50+ shops, boutiques, restaurants and bars free from traffic. Blue Mountain is located in the heart of one of Canada’s most stunning natural landscapes, so you will find as much to do in the local area as in the resort.
