Itinerary
Day 1 - Arrive in Calgary
Spend the rest of the day sightseeing in “The Heart of the New West” independently before meeting your companions and tour guide. Overnight in Calgary.
Day 2 – Calgary to Banff National Park
Spend the day exploring vibrant Banff. Enjoy outdoor activities in the stunning surroundings. Tonight, you’ll stay in nearby Canmore.
Day 3 – Banff National Park
With another glorious day exploring Banff National Park ahead of you, it's time to see more of the magnificent mountains, lakes and forests that Banff is so famous for. Drive to Moraine Lake located in the Valley of the Ten Peaks, the highest of which is Deltaform Mountain (3,424m). Next take a walk on one of the many trails at nearby Lake Louise, a favourite with many tourists is the hike up to the Plain of Six Glaciers, offering incredible views of the valley. Both of these lakes are famous for their striking blue glacial colour, caused by rock flour carried into the lakes by melt-water from the surrounding glaciers, this is picture perfect scenery at it's very best!
Day 4 – Icefields Parkway to Jasper National Park
Drive along the Icefields Parkway, one of the most scenic routes in the world to Jasper. Make a stop at the impressive Columbia Icefield. Overnight in Jasper.
Day 5 – Jasper National Park
Jasper is a small, quaint mountain town full of unique local charm with lots to see and do. Overnight in Jasper.
Day 6 – Mount Robson and Williams Lake
As the highest point in the Rockies, Mount Robson is a stunning stop off point to appreciate the views. Overnight in the historic city of Williams Lake.
Day 7 – Tweedsmuir Provincial Park
Head for Canadian wilderness, towards Tweedsmuir Provincial Park. Your overnight location is close to the shores of Anahim Lake.
Day 8 - Tweedsmuir Provincial Park to Bella Coola
Tweedsmuir Provincial Park is off the radar for most, despite being named BC’s most beautiful park. Overnight in Bella Coola.
Day 9 - Bella Coola
Home to some of the largest Grizzly Bears in the world, Bella Coola is one of the best places to spot them in BC.
Day 10 - Inside Passage
Travel the Inside Passage, an enchanting scenic waterway stretching from Vancouver to Alaska, surrounded by frozen fjords and forest covered hillsides. it’s a fantastic route for spotting wildlife.
Day 11 – Tofino and Ucluelet, Vancouver Island
Drive through scenic landscapes of the island en route to Tofino. Enjoy the rugged scenery and breathe in that fresh island air.
Day 12 – Tofino and Ucluelet, Vancouver Island
Board a Zodiac boat to enjoy a captivating bear watching excursion. Enrich your island experience with a visit to the Himwitsa Art Gallery.
Day 13 – Victoria
Today’s journey takes you to the southern tip of Vancouver Island to the charming city of Victoria, capital of British Columbia. Overnight in Victoria.
Day 14 – Victoria to Vancouver- End of the tour
In the morning board a ferry across the Salish Sea, admiring the small islands and breathtaking panorama of the city of Vancouver as it comes into view. This cosmopolitan and diverse metropolis is a real contrast to the rest of British Columbia, but always proves to be a highlight. Spend some time buying last minute souvenirs before heading to the airport for your flight home.
