Itinerary

Day 1 - Vancouver

Welcome to beautiful Vancouver! On arrival, your airport transfer takes you to your tour hotel. At 6.00 pm, join your Tour Director for a Welcome Reception and an opportunity to mingle over drinks and a light meal.

Day 2 - Vancouver to Victoria

After breakfast embark on a guided tour of Vancouver and all its highlights. See the famous totem poles in Stanley Park and then board a ferry and sail through the beautiful Gulf Islands to Vancouver Island and on to Victoria.

Day 3 - Victoria

After breakfast visit Butchart Gardens followed by a tour of Victoria. Afternoon at leisure with an evening dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 4 – Victoria to Sun Peaks

Cruise back to the mainland and continue on your scenic journey through British Columbia. Enjoy a stop in Hope before continuing to Sun Peaks where you'll end the night with a dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 5 – Jasper National Park

Travel to Jasper National Park, an alpine wonderland of immense forests, jewelled lakes, soaring waterfalls, soothing mineral hot springs, rugged glaciers, colourful meadows, and majestic mountains. Arrive at your hotel for two nights.

Day 6 - Jasper National Park

Join your Tour Director for an interpretive walk on the trails of Maligne Canyon, one of the most beautiful gorges in the Canadian Rockies. Embark on a cruise on the serene waters of Maligne Lake. Stop at Spirit Island, quite rightly one of the most photographed sites in the Canadian Rockies, before returning to explore Jasper on your own. You'll end the day in lush landscapes and a delectable dinner at the hotel.

Day 7 - Jasper to Banff National Park

Get ready for a scenic symphony of glistening glaciers, turquoise lakes and rushing waterfalls as you follow the majestic Icefields Parkway - simply one of the world's most stunning mountain drives. At the Icefield Visitor Centre, embark on a specially designed Ice Explorer for a remarkable excursion onto the surface of the Athabasca Glacier. Led by an expert driver-guide, step out onto the frosty flow, formed centuries ago. After your icy adventure warm up at sumptuous Chateau Lake Louise where a delightful experience awaits - a Heritage tour of this historic hotel, followed by afternoon tea in one of the resort's charming venues. Continue to Banff, your home for the next two nights.

Day 8 - Banff National Park

Enjoy the full day exploring the wonders of Banff as you wish. Choose from several optional experiences including a helicopter flight in Canmore, or ride the Banff Gondola. For dinner tonight, choose from three local eateries.

Day 9 – Banff to Glacier National Park

After breakfast, depart for the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Head-Smashed-In Buffalo Jump to discover how the indigenous people used this 36-foot high cliff to hunt stampeding herds of bison. Join a local Blackfoot elder and hear fascinating stories about the Plains people long ago. From craggy plains to mountainous landscapes, you’ll cross the U.S. border into Montana and end your day at Many Glacier Hotel, a charming property situated in the heart of Glacier National Park

Day 10 – Going-to-the-Sun and the Glacier National Park

Board the historic Red Buses for a journey along the Going-to-the-Sun Road – an engineering wonder running through the park's wild interior. During your narrated trip marvel at the stunning views from Logan Pass before disembarking at Lake MacDonald where you meet a ranger for a more intimate look at the environment. A fine dinner is served at the hotel this evening.

Day 11 – Glacier National Park to Spokane

Continue on to the beautiful shores of Lake Coeur d’Alene. Arrive in Spokane and stay in the historic Davenport Hotel. Enjoy fine dining at the Steam Plant, an award-winning brewery situated in a nationally recognised historic building.

Day 12 - Spokane to Seattle

On through the wide, endless horizons of Washington State this morning before visiting the cellar doors of Cave B Estate. Meet the owners for a guided tour of this award-winning boutique winery and explore the nuances of their fine wine selection with some tastings. Learn how these excellent wines combine with food over a delicious lunch. Then it's on to Seattle for an evening at leisure.

Day 13 - Seattle

Enjoy a sightseeing tour of Seattle seeing all the major sights. The afternoon is at leisure before this evening's Celebration Dinner at the top of the iconic Space Needle toasting a wonderful vacation. You'll also see Puget Sound, Pioneer Square and Pike Place Market, where you should watch out for flying fish. The afternoon is yours at leisure

Day 14 – Seattle – End of tour

It’s time to say goodbye to the Emerald City as your trip comes to an end. An included transfer will take you to Seattle International Airport.
